What we do and do not do
- We publish what we can establish about bathroom work in mid-Michigan - costs, cold-climate details, and Michigan's licensing requirement.
- We pass each enquiry to one independent licensed contractor. Not several.
- We do not perform the work and we hold no licence.
- We do not rank or review contractors.
How we make money
A flat monthly fee from the contractor for the enquiries we pass on - not a commission and not a share of your job. If the right answer for you is a $6,000 refresh rather than a $20,000 gut, that costs us nothing to say.
Verify any Michigan builder licence on LARA before signing. The $600 contract threshold means it applies to essentially every bathroom job.
